The Centre of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon announces the selection procedure for a 12 month postdoctoral position in philosophical logic with focus on substructural logics and their philosophy, within the R&D project “New Perspectives on the Objects and Grounds of Structural Rules” (2022.03194.PTDC; PIs: Bogdan Dicher and Elia Zardini).

The scholarship holder is expected to develop high-quality research work on substructural logics broadly understood, be it on their conceptual foundations, or on their application to philosophical problems, or on their formal developments, or on related issues. Other duties include supporting the research, communication and dissemination activities pertaining to the project, a small amount of administrative work pertaining to the management of the project, as well as participation in the activities of the research group in the framework of which the project is integrated.
Applicants should have received their doctoral degree no earlier than three years before the date of submission of the application.
